Detailed description
At Intuitive Princess Studio in Izola, we organise meditation evenings twice a week, where we hold various guided meditation sessions. I would like to bring meditation closer to the people and teach them how to easily relieve stress, tiredness and a bad mood in just a few minutes; at home, at work or wherever we are when need to take a break for a few minutes.
Mediation takes place in small groups of 3–5 people, where exercises are adapted to the participants. I also offer individual meditation sessions for those who would prefer to learn how to meditate alone at home or simply do not want to participate in a group.
With individual approach, the effect of meditation is, of course, greater, as the sessions are tailored specifically to you. You can make an informative registration in the form below:
